Fruit Salsa


Makes: 2 cups

2 cups Fresh fruit, cleaned and finely diced (pineapple, mango, papaya, strawberries, melon, orange, grapefruit or a combination)
1/3 cup Red onion diced small
1 Jalepeño, finely minced
1 Lime, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
To taste Sea salt
To taste Black pepper, freshly ground
To taste Sugar

Assemble salsa:

-Toss all ingredients together.
-Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
-Allow to sit for one hour before serving.
