Chad grew up in the southern part of Illinois but has worked his entire culinary career in Chicago, mostly in from scratch Italian kitchens. It was there that Chad started intermingling his love of using only seasonal, local produce with Italian cooking techniques. When not cooking, Chad can be found outside somewhere with his partner and their beagle.
