Jessica

Jessica
Jessica has been a Chef Assistant at The Chopping Block since summer 2024. She loves helping students develop confidence in the kitchen and expand their palates. Jessica enjoys helping students realize that cooking produces results often better than anything you can buy. When not at TCB, Jessica is a teacher. She especially loves the authentic and real-life learning that cooking incorporates. She gets cooking inspiration from other family members, cookbooks, food related podcasts and from ingredients that she doesn’t want to waste.
