Leigha has recently relocated to Chicago from Los Angles, having graduated from The Art Institute of Atlanta. Before joining the team as a Chef Instructor at The Chopping Block, she worked in many facets of the culinary industry. Leigha has mainly found joy in catering, private chef work and plant-based cooking. Leigha even recently released a completely vegan cookbook. Leigha has hopes of bringing her Southern roots and studies together yielding great culinary experiences for the Chicago region! When she’s not cooking, her favorite pastime is traveling the world and experiencing new restaurants.
