Maurice
Maurice started his career in hospitality 24 years ago and has held positions ranging from dishwasher to COO. Over the tenure of his work, he participated in the opening of various restaurants and hotels in management and support roles, tended to the highly specified needs of numerous professional and Olympic athletes as a personal chef, and has always strove to be involved in neighborhood outreach heavily focused on education and the youth.
A native to Chicago’s Englewood area, he’s spent the last years 10 experiencing the Caribbean and South America through their cuisine.
