Milan is a Healthy Living Expert and a graduate of The International Culinary School of The Art Institutes in Chicago. Prior to pursuing her culinary education, she studied Holistic Health, Herbalism and Nutrition which led to her journey in becoming an entrepreneur and starting her company ‘SoNaturelleWellness’. Her love of amazing food, herbs and spices is what brought her to The Chopping Block—initially as a customer and shopper—and now as one of our team members and Chef’s Assistants. Her positive enthusiasm and interesting perspectives are a great addition to our foodie culture and we are proud to have her on our staff. Milan is bi-lingual, fluent in French and English and loves travel, cultures, great food and wine!
