Stephanie J
Stephanie has a passion for the art of cooking, as well as talking in the third person. She is studying philosophy at DePaul University. She fell in love with cooking while caring for the kids she nannies and has never looked back. In the future, Stephanie wants to apply her knowledge of food and teaching to work for a non-profit that educates children about fresh produce and cooking. Growing up as a picky eater, she has come a long way since becoming a Class Assistant at The Chopping Block. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering at PAWS animal shelter, taking walks with her cats, and visiting the farmers market. She loves creating new recipes and cooking for her friends. She’s almost positive that she’s mastered the perfect turkey burger recipe.
