After fun and delicious culinary adventures in France and Italy, it’s time to head south to another fabulous food enthusiast destination: Mexico!

The Chopping Block is excited to announce a special week of culinary and cultural discovery in Mexico in partnership with boutique tour operator Onward Travel and Chef Quincy Bissic. Quincy has been going to San Miguel de Allende frequently for a while now, and he’s thrilled to bring a new group of friends to one of his favorite places in the world

Join our small group tour, limited to 14 guests, in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico April 16—22, 2020. The group will have exclusive use of a charming B&B with views of SMA’s iconic church Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. Rooftop cocktails, cooking classes, cobblestone streets, engaging local guides and friends, and so much more awaits!

Learn about Mexican cuisine (recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) and expand your culinary repertoire with three hands-on cooking courses. Visit an archeological site, experience sensory overload at wonderful outdoor markets, get your creative juices flowing, and savor some of the best food the city has to offer.

San Miguel de Allende is a picture-perfect colonial town. Join us to discover all it has to offer and be part of The Chopping Block’s travel and food loving community.
