Donut Boot Camp

Treat yourself to a deliciously fun day of donut-making in this hands-on class where you'll master both cake-style and yeast-raised varieties. Learn to make perfectly fluffy dough, fry to golden perfection, and create irresistible fillings and glazes - from strawberry shortcake crullers to s’mores and banana pudding delights. With expert guidance, fresh coffee, and a tasty lunch included, you’ll leave with a box of your own handcrafted donuts and the skills to make them again and again at home.

Menu:

  • Strawberry Shortcake Cruller Filled with Whipped Cream and Fresh Strawberries 
  • Cherry Limeade Donuts (Lime Cake Donuts with Cherry Glaze) 
  • Banana Pudding Donuts (Banana Custard-Filled Yeast Donuts with Vanilla Glaze and 'Nilla Wafers) 
  • S'mores Donuts (Marshmallow Cream-Filled Yeast Donuts with Chocolate Ganache and Graham Cracker Crumble)

3-day cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
