It's finally grilling season. While the thought of cooking over an open flame literally gets our mouths watering, we understand not every home cook is comfortable manning the grill. This is the time of year to change that and take control of the tongs!  

The Chopping Block has been teaching people how to grill since we first opened our doors in Lincoln Park 20 years ago. Those of you who are longtime students will remember our quaint little patio in the yard. Now, we've got our amazing outdoor grilling patio at Lincoln Square and each season, our chefs get to work on new grilling techniques and recipes.
