Take a journey with us as we explore and feast on the varied cuisines of the Mediterranean. We’ll dive deep into the diverse and eclectic flavors of the Middle East, Turkey, Italy, Greece and North African countries and discover their similarities and differences during our culinary tour. Join us as we celebrate fresh, bright and vibrant flavors with a focus on vegetables, grains, protein, olive oil, spices and herbs to create a distinct assortment of exciting recipes.
Menu:Skills Covered in Class Include:
1-week cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
