In this intensive hands-on class, our chef will teach you how to prepare four different doughs from scratch along with delicious sweet and savory fillings baked to perfection. We’ll also cover the importance of ingredients and temperatures to help you build the knowledge and techniques needed to bake confidently at home. Get ready to create stunning pies and tarts that taste as good as they look!
Menu:In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to four and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
