Active Time: 10 minutes
Start to Finish: 10 minutes

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 tablespoons almonds, toasted

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed

  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, loosely packed

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Turn on a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Drop in the garlic cloves through the top opening and process until finely minced.

    2. Turn off the processor and add the almonds, cheese, basil and parsley. Process until finely minced.

    3. While the processor is running, add the oil in a steady stream through the top opening. Process until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
